Plot[]

The episode begins with a dog named Kipper trying to sleep in the middle of a rainstorm, as he hears some tapping and honking coming from his window. As he opens the windows to investigate, he finds a baby goose wanting to get in. Feeling bad for the little goose, he lets him in. Seeing the goose very wet and cold, he gets him a box to warm up in. Seeing that he isn't very comfortable in the box, Kipper gives him his toy Slipper to sleep in, as he goes back to bed. The next morning, he finds the goose in his basket, much to his surprise, as he looks at the box, knocked over with Slipper outside and covered in the goose's dirty footprints. He then cleans it up with a mop and bucket, accidentally waking up the goose in the process. The goose then starts swimming around in the bucket of water and starts splashing everywhere. Kipper then decides to bathe him and allows him to play with his rubber duck. As he goes downstairs to think about breakfast to give to the goose, he starts hearing him honking again, as he climbs back upstairs to check. Much to his surprise, he sees that the goose hates the toy duck and attempts to fight it, only to hide in the bubble bath. He then dries up the goose while also puffing up the goose's feathers when trying to dry him up with the towel causing him to laugh. He then tries to show the goose how to eat cereal, only for the goose to accidentally fall off his chair. He then gives him a bib, and the goose eats while creating another mess. As Kipper begins vacuuming the mess, the goose keeps giving him random stuff like a ball and his toy Sock Thing. Kipper then accidentally vacuums Sock Thing thinking it was the goose and tries to look in the vacuum for him. The goose then comes back with a book and relieves Kipper that he's fine. They then start reading the book, and as Kipper shows him the chick, the goose starts honking again, thinking it's a duck. Kipper then calms him down and he finds out about the goose, and that he can fly, much to his amazement. The gosling then starts hearing honking and he and Kipper look out the window, and they find a flock of geese, just like in the book. The Kipper allows him to fly over to his flock, and the gosling almost lands on the ground, but he manages to fly off, as Kipper says goodbye to him. As he watches him fly off he starts to miss him. But then, the gosling flies back to give Kipper one last hug, he then flies off to his flock for real this time, and Kipper says a final goodbye to him and watches him fly off.
