Plot[]
It is a hot day, so Kipper decides to set up the inflatable paddling pool. First, Kipper finds the inflatable paddling pool in the closet, but all of the toys fall on his head. So, Kipper gets a bandage and he decides to blow air into the inflatable paddling pool. Using his mouth after his inflated it he pants for air. Next, he uses a hose to put the water in the pool but it gets very tangled in a pile which gets out of. He then turns on the hose to fill the pool but, he hears an ice cream truck and gets an ice cream cone. While he licks his ice cream cone, it melts fast so he hurries to eat it, which he enjoys. He goes to check on the pool but not only is the pool overflowing but there is a leak in the pool! Kipper decides to fix the leak and he puts more water into the inflatable paddling pool. When it is done, he gets in with his duck, his sunglasses towel and a drink but after relaxing there is a hailstorm and Kipper uses a tiny umbrella to keep warm. When the storm is over, Kipper gets to swim in his pool and there is a tiny pop meaning that the air is leaking out of the inflatable paddling pool again.
