Mouse is From Kipper's House Who Lives in Kipper's House. She is first and only "female" character to appear and speak in the series. The second female character is Holly, who never appeared or was voiced by anyone in the series, but was mentioned. Mouse has cousins who can be messy like her, but can misbehave. Mouse never had a major role until "The Mouse". She only made cameos, and appearances, but she was never introduced.

In the episode, "The Mouse", one night, Kipper was sleeping, Mouse came into the house, but she made a mess! Later on, she was befriended by Kipper.
